LVF Capital holds equity stakes in portfolio companies that specialize in distressed and traditional real estate investing. The company promotes western investment in China and Chinese investment in the UK leveraging its long-term, Chinese relationships.
The Managing Principals of LVF Capital and the team have worked together since 2005 delivering western and Chinese expertise in deal sourcing, investing, portfolio construction, fiduciary fund management and business development.
The Managing Principals are actively engaged in the management of the portfolio companies through Board, Management and Committee positions and invest their own capital in individual funds and transactions.
LVF Capital’s focus within China is on distressed opportunities which it accesses through its controlling position in Orient Longxin Capital (OLX). Joining LVF Capital in the equity of OLX is state-owned enterprise, China Orient Asset Management.
OLX is currently investing a $500 million distressed debt fund. The fund’s focus is on non-performing loans secured by real estate and single asset distressed opportunities.
LVF Capital’s focus within the UK is on traditional real estate development opportunities which it accesses through its equity positions in Cole Waterhouse and Nuojin Capital.
Cole Waterhouse is a UK-based property development firm specialising in delivering medium to large mixed-use residential and student schemes, primarily in London and Manchester.
Nuojin is a UK-based investment management company that works with local partners to identify value-added real estate opportunities.
